The hotel is in a good area, clean, and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure and temperature. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the convenient location made it easy to explore the city and catch trains.

The hotel is conveniently located near Trindade station and close to the city center. Guests mentioned that it is within walking distance to everything while still being in a quiet area. The staff is friendly and helpful. They quickly resolved any issues that arose, such as a coffee stain on the wall. the rooms were clean and the showers were better than most in Portugal.

The continental breakfast choices were good for a budget traveller. The staff was professional, personable, and extremely helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room and toilet were clean. The hotel had better facilities than more expensive hotels with a modern design. The breakfast offered a great variety of options including fresh oranges for juice, pastries, ham, cheese, good bread. The hotel's location was convenient, with a short walk to the Trindade metro station and close to the main S. Bento station and the main square. There were also local cafes, bars, and restaurants nearby.

I had a great stay at this hotel. the value for money was excellent. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of the rooms and service provided. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that guests had a comfortable stay, even providing a computer in the room for guests to use. Lastly, the location behind the Trindade metro station was perfect. It made it convenient to explore the city, including the older areas and city center, with ease.
No major issues, everything was fine.
